All hail HAL

Hello folks !

Here is an illustration I made of the greatest AI character movie have to offer (yes, yes), 2001: A Space Odyssey's unforgettable HAL ! It's quite simple in its design, in fact it's vectorial, but that was nice, for a change.

I intend to print them for the Geekopolis convention I will attend on may 15th. Here are the two versions: card and poster.

Breaking Bad again

Hello folks ! Long time no see !

I'm super busy with my webcomic project right now (and I plan to publish the first chapter only when every page is ready) so I had not spend any time on any other personnal work for a long time. But today, I decided for a little change of pass !

Breaking Bad, yay !

So I really like that show and it was a good occasion to work with color for a change. I quite pleased with Walter's face on this piece, less with Jesse's, but the cutter the more difficult to draw, as they say.

Ok, so, those are old pieces I made for a convention that took place more than one year ago, and had never put on the internet. Unfortunately, all the post cards we printed from them have been lost, and I had previously sold like one of each tops, so I thought they could find a new life here.

There are the ladies from Avatar : The Last Airbender, a show that I just discovered then, but immediately loved so much. I guess you can tell who's who.

Yop ! Pour ceux qui l'ignorais, il se trouve que j'ai passé trois semaines au Japon le mois dernier, avec l'amie blop. On a essayé de se motiver pour faire un peu d'obs, histoire de ramener un joli carnet de voyage. J'avoue que je suis pas hyper satisfaite du résultat. Même si la qualité a augmenté au fur et à mesure, je suis arrivée sur place en manquant un peu trop de pratique récente. Enfin, voilà quand même quelques nipponeries.

Hi there ! For those who don't know it, I happen to have spent three weeks in Japan last month, with my dear friend blop. We try to stay motivated to do as much drawing as possible, in order to come back with a nice sketchbook. I admit not to be so proud of the result. Even if my sketches became better as I went, I arrived in Japan really lacking recent practice. Anyway, here are some Japan-thingies.
